About Graz
Graz is the easiest Austrian city to photograph in two hours, because almost everything sits inside one loop. The Schlossberg rises straight out of the old town, and the Uhrturm on its terrace — the sixteenth-century clock tower whose big hand tells the hours, not the minutes — looks out over a field of red tiles that has been UNESCO-listed since 1999.
